Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to the booked tours in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Golden Ring cities.

Guiding fee / private transport

If you cancel:

• 10 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• between 10 and 3 days before the start of the tour:  75% cancellation fee
• less than 3 days before the start of the tour:  100% cancellation fee

Kremlin / Armoury Museum / Peterhof / Catherine Palace Admissions

If you cancel:  

• 32 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• less than 32 days before the start of the tour:  100% cancellation fee

St. Bunker Tour

• 32 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• less than 32 days before the start of the tour:  100% cancellation fee

Hermitage Admissions

If you cancel:

• 15 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• less than 15 days before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee

Railway Tickets (including Sapsan)

All raiway tickets booked with us are non refundable.

How to cancel a tour

If you would like to cancel your tour(s) please notify us about it as soon as possible via email info@kremlintour.com.

Please make sure your email has reached us – we will confirm the receipt as soon as we get it.

We will pay back an amount due within next few business days.
